For the poster for the fifty shades of Grey movie, there is a clear power imbalance shown in the poster, with the man clearly being more dominant in comparison to the more recessive female character. This is shown in the body language of both the characters. the male character is more centralised in the poster, grabbing the woman's face, who is at the side of the poster, tied up and submissive.
in this poster for the first Kingsman movie, the male character is positioned at the centre of the poster with a faceless female character presumably staring back at the man, with the camera being positioned inbetween her legs. the women is shown to be a faceless character, only defined by her legs and waist. The character is however attempted to be shown as a more independent and dominant woman, with her having a gun in one hand and a glass of whiskey in the other, connotations of power often associated with wealthy male characters.
these 2 posters reinforce the fact that women are seen as having more passive roles in the media and are only there to be a sort of motivation for the male characters to drive on the narrative of a movie.
