I decided to listen to it because I was already a fan on her YouTube channel and her. Her target audience is teenage girls and young Women because she talks about relevant and relatable topics such as anxiety and relationship , friendship and general life advice. She takes a causal approach to the podcast making it seem more relatable , which is possibly the reason it’s so popular . You can listen to the podcast on Spotify and apple music , each episode is usually about 45 minutes to 1 hour. I would recommend this podcast to anyone, especially girls age 14 to 19.
