Britain in the 90's.

Britain in the 90's saw the fall of arguably the most controversial and hated politician in the Houses of Parliament. Margert Thatcher was the Conservative Prime Minister for 11 years from 1979 to 1990. She was responsible for the managed decline of most parts of the north (Including Liverpool) as well as The Falklands war and the Poll tax. The Poll tax was one of the greatest mistakes that led to the demise of the terror of Thatcher. Poll tax was a community charge similar to council tax that provided a single flat rate per capita for all adults. Poll tax faced significant opposition from the riots in Trafalgar Square to the Labour MP for Broadgreen Terry Fields (An active member of the Millitant Liverpool)

Thatcher urged "Let Liverpool Decline" after 1981 riots.
