In Jumanji, there are 5 people in a basement and these 5 people found a game box which it looks retro and when they set the game box up, they pick a character and then they get sucked into the game, and they are all confused on what is going on. Some people have some theories about how they got sucked into the game. Then they find their strengths and weakness about themselves and their mission is to try and find an emerald stone which will take them home into the real world and they will only have 3 lives in the same way in a game where you would have 3 lives, like when you lose a live you will respawn, the same way that you will respawn in a game.
In Jumanji, it is an adventurous and a comedic film as it has funny humor in different parts of the movie. Another thing is that how Jumanji is set away from civilization as it shows the different between urban and rural. Urban is more compact, whereas Rural is more spacious as you can go anything in the world. This shows how these two areas are completely different. As the Rural, there is more freedom in a way. Whereas in a Urban area it is more diverse.
In my opinion. Jumanji is humorous in other ways where they show different parts which are meant to be funny as something unexpected is happening. For example how some of the characters have funny weakness, like Cake. This shows how it is set in a funny and comedic way, because in reality, people weakness is not cake, as it might no kill someone and shows how the audience is entertained and having a laugh at the same time.
Another thing about Jumanji it has a adventurous feel to it as it has a jungle, nature, creatures, wildlife and more. Another thing is how they figure themselves out to beating the game itself, and this shows a real sign of progress on how to start and where to end.
As the audience, you will feel like you are in the jungle as you can see nature, creatures, wildlife and more. Another thing that how it shows a different perspective between reality and expectation, how most people have only 1 life to live and in the game you have 3 lives to live.
In my opinion, I think Jumanji is the best movie out there if you are interested with adventurous and comedic films, as it shows different areas between reality and expectation and it shows how you should plan your life wisely and do not waste it, and people only have 1 opportunity to live.
