Text one: Front Cover

analysis of front cover-

On this front cover it features American billionaire businessman and philanthropist, Stephen Schwarzman. This is a good fit for this magazine as he is involved with high business deals and Wall Street. This front cover fits in with the convention of a business magazine with its sleek and minimalistic feel. The plain blue background and yellow writing gives it that boring business feel to it. This would attract aspirers because it the wording "Too smart to fail" instils a sense of competitiveness. Also, the masthead is in a simple white font, corresponding with the subheading "The Master". This conveys how it cares about the famous wealthy person on the magazine rather than the aesthetic of the magazine.
