at the start of the podcast, it goes through what was happening in the news and top 10 music the month of different crimes, this one was January 2009. the start of the story talks about the death of drumayne baker, 28, due to shooting in tottenham north london. drumayne was killed in 2015 by an armed police officer! the inquiry would examine around just exactly what happened in the inquest of his death. in the podcast, they plan to examine what they know about drumaynes death but before that they say they need to go back to events that happen in 2009 within london. they mention the manor club which is on the seven sister road in frimsby park north london, in the shadows of arsenals ground, emirates stadium.
it was on the 24th january 2009 when a seemingly innocent disturbance inside the manor club had a knock on effect leading to several murders and violent incidents across london and southern turkey. kemo arnegan, a feared violet man, a member of a gang known as the hackney bombers, was slapped by a member of a vival gang, referred to as tottenham boys. below the surface of both these gangs was drugs and money, specifically heroin trade from turkey into the uk and the criminal act around this.
