Project Nolan: Insomnia

Insomnia was Nolan's third feature film and second to get a cinema release in 2002.

Number nine for both Matt and Nick, and countless other lists it seems... but why? Just because this feels less like Nolan's other movies, is it fair to discredit it? An overlooked gem or a bog standard genre piece?
